This handy progress report from the xda developers portal site gives you a good idea of how the porting of ICS to your device is going.

If you want to find out how to flash ICS to your device, follow the thread links below. However I warn you, not all features are working, some phones some more than others, so make sure you do a Nandroid backup before attempting to flash.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10

Stage: Alpha 1

Working:
- It boots
- Radio, calls, SMS
- Audio partially working (in-call is fine, playing mp3/ringtones leads to WLOD)
- Bluetooth and GPS seem to work
- WiFi almost working (“Can’t find WLAN0 device”)
- Mobile data (It fetches IP but disconnects afterwards, needs investigation)

Not working:
- Most stuff does not work
- Quite unstable

Stage: AOSP Beta Version 2

Working
- 3G
- 2D/3D HW acceleration (some glitches)

Samsung Captivate

Stage: Beta

“Known issues”:
- UI is laggy
- Video recording does not work
- Video playback is not hardware-accelerated
- The front camera produces distorted preview
- Photo taking does not work with the front camera
- Movie Studio does not work
- FM Radio does not work
- Device encryption does not work
- USB Tethering on Windows requires the user go to to driver update and manually select the RNDIS driver
